Warranty Policy

At Afaq Al-Orouba Trading, we are committed to providing high-quality products backed by an official warranty that varies according to the product type:

Warranty Period

  • The warranty period ranges from 1 to 5 years, depending on the product category.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only; it does not include damage resulting from misuse or incorrect installation.

Warranty Coverage:

  • Mixer leaks
  • Cartridge failure
  • Manufacturing defects in accessories
  • Finish or coating defects during the warranty period

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Breakage
  • Scratches resulting from use
  • Damage caused by unsuitable cleaning agents
  • Installation by an unauthorized party

Return and Exchange Policy

The customer has the right to return the product within 7 days of receipt, provided that:

  • The product is unused.
  • The original packaging remains intact.
  • A return notice is submitted via the Customer Service page.

Exchange

The product can be exchanged within 14 days in the following cases:

  • Existence of a manufacturing defect.
  • Receipt of a product that does not match the order.

Refunds

The purchase amount will be refunded within 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.
